The wilderness

For once, neglecting the garden has paid off! What I thought were weeds turned out to be poppies, so the view from my writing desk has vastly improved.

It turns out that a career in insurance is now essential for a route into the world of creative writing. My good friend, David Slade has had his first collection of poetry published this week. You can obtain a copy of Images from a Silver Screen by sending a cheque for £5.00 to David Slade, 13 Lundy Close, Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN17 6NX.

  1. I have just, reluctantly, finished your book [I wanted it to go on forever I enjoyed it so much!!] I loved every minute of it – it kept me guessing to the end! I’ve now lent it to my 25 year old daughter, and recommended it to all my friends. I cant wait for your next book – hopefully it wont be too long? Thankyou so much, Margaret
